Group Coaching sessions with Paul are 90 minutes and are held twice a month.
A typical group coaching session includes:
- Self-assessments that build self-awareness and personal development plans that address opportunities for growth, helping your managers professionally and personally.
- Discussions on developing one leadership proficiency per session (Conflict Resolution, Avoiding Burnout, Communication Skills, etc.)
- Peer coaching on difficult situations they are encountering. When group members help each other solve problems it builds camaraderie, confidence, and new skills.
- Goal setting for the weeks ahead and celebrations of goals achieved. Identifying three work-related goals plus one personal goal empowers managers to achieve more and stay on target.
