Want to build your leadership pipeline and have a succession plan that gives you and the organization great confidence?

Group Coaching helps you intentionally develop your high-potential employees who are showing signs of being next-generation leaders in your organization.

If you have three or four managers with the same level of responsibility and a desire to grow to the next level in their leadership, group coaching is a cost-effective way to develop them.

Group Coaching sessions with Paul are 90 minutes and are held twice a month.

A typical group coaching session includes:

  • Self-assessments that build self-awareness and personal development plans that address opportunities for growth, helping your managers professionally and personally.
  • Discussions on developing one leadership proficiency per session (Conflict Resolution, Avoiding Burnout, Communication Skills, etc.)
  • Peer coaching on difficult situations they are encountering. When group members help each other solve problems it builds camaraderie, confidence, and new skills.
  • Goal setting for the weeks ahead and celebrations of goals achieved. Identifying three work-related goals plus one personal goal empowers managers to achieve more and stay on target.

Investing in your team with Group Coaching is a win-win. Paul’s fun, relatable approach keeps teams engaged and helps them grow personally while building skills to stay focused on what’s most important for your organization.

What Are Clients Saying?

“Paul has done a fantastic job facilitating the monthly meetings for a leadership group that I have been a part of for the past year. He keeps us on topic, on schedule, & contributes valuable leadership ideas for our group. He just recently facilitated a half-day retreat for a nonprofit board that I am a part of & his role was extremely valuable to our success. He had a well-thought-out agenda that I have no doubt will pay dividends for us going forward.”
